Ascent Tree Services Ltd. was founded by Certified Arborist Simon Rolls in 2020. We are a small family owned & operated, local tree service, based in Cochrane, Alberta.
Simon has substantial experience working in arboriculture. He has done everything from hazardous tree removals, tree pruning, tree planting & stump-grinding. Simon has also been involved in running large FireSmart Fuel Modification projects for the Town of Canmore, Town of Banff, the MD of Bighorn and RockyView County over the last 8 years.
Simon is an ISA Certified Arborist & an ISA Certified Tree Risk Assessor. He has completed various training courses & workshops over the years. These include High Angle Ariel Rescue course through Arborculture Canada & obtaining his Level 3 Chainsaw Operator through the Woodlands Trainers Association.

He prides himself on his efficient & expert tree removals & pruning, & will ensure you get the best advice when it comes to looking after or removing your trees.
